After that, you move onto the second part of the kit which places a good probiotic in the mouth (specifically on the tongue surface) whilst maintaining the new cleaning routine you learnt during the 5Day System. All up the kit lasts for 32Days. After that time you then move onto the BreathGuard Maintain Kit. These are bought in monthly packages. This kit is a mild mint flavour.

KForce BreathGuard Mouthwash contains KForce K12 Probiotic, called Streptococcus salivarius K12. This probiotic is a naturally occurring good bacteria that is found in 2% of the world's population and only lives on the tongue surface. KForce K12 is present in healthy people and people who do not suffer from bad breath. This has been shown by studies at Harvard University in the USA and Otago University in New Zealand. In fact USA studies have shown that in healthy mouths, this probiotic can occupy up to 40% of the mouth flora.

KForce BreathGuard Mouthwash should be used every day. KForce K12 do not metabolise proteins and as such cannot produce smelly sulphur compounds like bad breath bacteria. Once successfully colonised, KForce K12 is able to make BLIS peptides that fight the bad breath bacteria. It is important to take a daily dose of KForce K12 to continue the benefits it provides.

BreathGuard Fresh Breath Lozenges. Each bottle contains 36 lozenges in a pleasant vanilla flavour. These lozenges contain the patented KForce K12 salivarius culture of fresh breath bacteria discovered at Otago University.

Place a lozenge on the tongue and allow to dissolve over a few minutes. Avoid biting the lozenge as the effects are better when allowed to only dissolve. Use the lozenges as needed. The lozenges are recommended to be used during the day as part of a Balance or BreathGuard Program.

KForce BreathGuard Tongue Cleaning Gel is designed to to remove the coatings that build up each day whilst keeping the teeth clean and white. Because this is a Tongue Gel the particles can penetrate deeper to remove more bacteria and smelly sulphur compounds. KForce BreathGuard Gel is specifically designed for the dual purpose of tongue coating removal and teeth cleaning. It is non foaming so this lessens the "gag"reflex that can occur in some people.

KForce BreathGuard Gel contains Propolis.

KForce BreathGuard Pre Rinse is a strong activated chlorine dioxide mouthwash. It is recommended to be used twice a week to aid the colonisation of the KForce K12 probiotic. It allows the KForce K12 to become the dominant bacteria on the tongue surface and therefore stop the bad breath bacteria making the smelly sulphur compounds.

Use as directed to prepare the mouth for maximum colonisation of the KForce K12 Probiotic. Always rinse with water after using the KForce BreathGuard Pre Rinse. Never use the Pre Rinse without following with the next step of KForce BreathGuard Mouthwash.
