Clinic Strength
Both Balance and BreathGuard Treatments have been tested at our clinic in Sydney Australia. They are used every day on patients that come to us for bad breath treatment. We test patients after 10 days of using the Balance or BreathGuard Products, and find that 99% are completely Bad Breath Free at this second test.

5 Day Harmony Kit
The first stage of any Bad Breath Treatment should be mouth balance of bacteria and biofilm. This is done by using an intensive cleaning system comprising a full mouth, teeth, gum and tongue cleaning protocol. After the 5 Days the mouth is in the best harmony achievable. This is the time to start using the probiotics. Both Balance and BreathGuard have the 5 Day Harmony Treatment in the Starter Kit.

27 Day Maintain Kit
The second and ongoing stage of Bad Breath Treatment is to flood the mouth with a good Probiotic called KForce K12. This probiotic lives on the tongue surface and can help buffer and keep the bad breath bacteria from overgrowing the mouth. Both Balance and BreathGuard systems have the same probiotics. The difference between the two systems is the taste and flavour of the preparation rinse that is used twice a week.

BreathGuard Tongue Gel
The BreathGuard Kit is slightly more expensive as it contains both the Balance Paste for Tooth Cleaning and a BreathGuard Gel for Tongue Cleaning. You can use the Balance Paste also for Tongue Cleaning if you wish. It is really a personal preference.

Which Kit Do I Choose
Both Kits work equally well. The reason we offer two treatments is simply because we are trying to satisfy personal preferences. Some people like a strong flavoured treatment and others do not. This is the main difference between the Balance and BreathGuard Treatments. The other point of differentiation is that we recommend that you clean your teeth with the Balance Rinse however this is not recommended for the BreathGuard Treatment. We recommend that you include a Large Pressurised Sinoclear Nasal flush for the first month to remove mucous caught at the back of the throat.
