KForce Pre Rinse Activation Instructions
Mix 1mL of Small Bottle A with 10mL of Large Bottle B (in supplied mixing vessel). Close lid, swirl around. Allow to sit for 5 minutes but no longer than 10 minutes. During this time you are making a high concentration Chlorine Dioxide mixture. It is this activated mix that prepares the mouth for the KForce Clean Mouthwash. When not in use store KForce Pre Rinse away from light.

Kforce Clean Mouthwash Mixing Instructions
Place 10mL of water (in supplied mixing vessel). Add one scoop of powder (using the measuring spoon) into the mixing vessel. Shake the mixing vessel to dissolve the powder. Rinse immediately for 1 minute. Swirl the mixture over the tongue surface. Move it gently back and forth to allow complete tongue coverage. Gargle as well to include throat coverage.

Expel the mixture and do not rinse, eat or drink for 30 minutes. KFORCE mix should be used immediately after preparation. Do not allow it to sit. Make sure that mixing vessel is thoroughly cleaned of any KForce Pre Rinse before using with the KForce Clean mouthwash. Failure to do this can lead to contamination of the live bacteria.

For a stronger treatment, you can keep the KForce Clean Mouthwash in your mouth for up to 5 minutes, to allow greater uptake of the bacteria on the tongue surface.

Bottle A Ingredients: Sodium Chlorite, preservatives.
Bottle B Ingredients: Citric Acid, Pepermint Flavour.

Tongue and Tooth Cleaning Instructions
For this step you will use the KForce Breath Guard Gel, Orasweet Tongue Cleaner and an extra soft Toothbrush.

Stick your tongue out and pat it dry. This is essential as the procedure needs to be done dry to stop dilution of the products used. Make sure you keep your tongue extended the whole time. Allow the collecting spittle to drain into the sink, rather than swallowing.
Apply KForce Breath Guard Gel to a dry toothbrush. Gently massage and work the oral gel into the tongue surface. Use a gentle brushing action to ensure the gel penetrates as deep as possible. Do not use the brush to try and clean the oral gel off; rather use the brush as an implement to work the gel into the tongue. Start applying at the front of the tongue and work your way back as far as comfortable. Leave the gag reflex area till last. But ensure you coat as well.

WARNING: Never make the tongue bleed by brushing too hard. You can permanently damage the tongue surface.

Work the gel into the tongue surface for 2 minutes. This time frame is necessary to allow the ingredients in the oral gel to work their way into the tongue fibers. Remember try and keep the saliva off the tongue surface as much as possible to stop dilution of the gel.
Clean the tongue with a Tongue Cleaner. Using full strokes from the very back of the tongue till you fall off the front tip of the tongue; gently pull the tongue cleaner down the tongue surface. You will need to do this 6 or 7 time to completely remove the entire product and tongue debris. Make sure to clean the tongue cleaner under running water after each stroke, as you do not want to place the bacteria back on the tongue surface.
Repeat the whole procedure once more. This time when you repeat the process, brush the gel into the tongue surface for 30 seconds. Then add some more gel to the toothbrush and continue on and clean the rest of your mouth, leaving the gel on the tongue surface. Make sure to clean all the mouth, not just the teeth. So include the cheeks, roof of mouth, back and front of teeth, and even the tongue again.
Rinse thourougly with water. Finally once you have rinsed clean any residue off the tongue surface with the tongue cleaner again.

Nasal Add On Instructions
Use the FESS Original Saline first thing in the morning as per the instructions in the FESS box. For added strength you can also use either the FESS Eucalyptus Wash or the FESS Tea Tree Wash last thing at night. Always use the FESS before starting the cleaning regime.

Probiotic means for life….Antibiotic means against life. The aim of our system is to obtain a healthy mouth with the right bacterial balance. We are not trying to kill bacteria, as this would leave you open to infections from other bacteria. Rather we use the pre rinse only twice a week to help the mouth colonise properly with the KForce Clean Powder.

It is important to follow the instructions exactly as they are written, or you will not achieve the desired results.

DO NOT USE any other toothpaste or mouthwash that is not part of our system. You may inadvertently kill the live probiotic bacteria, or affect their level of colonization. BREEZE and KForce products have been formulated and tested to interact properly with the live probiotic bacteria, during different stages of the week.

DO NOT USE toothpaste or mouthwash containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate, unless we prescribed them as part of the colonization stage. Misuse of Chlorhexidine Gluconate will affect the viability of the probiotic bacteria.

DO NOT USE products containing Triclosan, (including BREEZE Triclosan Rinse) on DAY ONE or DAY TWO whilst the probiotic bacteria are undergoing colonization. Use of Triclosan will affect the colonization process.

DO NOT USE products containing alcohol, (such as store bought mouthwash). Use of alcohol, will kill the probiotic bacteria.

MAKE SURE you follow our tongue cleaning instructions. Proper preparation of the tongue surface is necessary to achieve good colonization of the probiotic bacteria. A good colonization of the tongue surface at the beginning of the weekly cycle will ensure maximum promotion of fresh breath

IMPORTANT: No matter what day of the week you start the system, it will be DAY ONE of the week as far as the instructions are concerned. For example, if this is early Wednesday morning, and you get started right now, Wednesday is DAY ONE for you. Always begin in the morning, so if you open the package at 4.00pm, wait until the next morning to get started. At the end of your week, you must start again at DAY ONE with a new colonization cycle.

The bacteria available in the KForce Clean Mouthwash are freeze dried live Streptococcus salivarius K12. Government agencies have classified this bacterium as an extremely safe bacteria.
